The setting was comfortable. After all, it was my client’s home. The cat even greeted me when I walked through the door. The goal of this shoot: reality. No stress for mom to go get a blow out and acrylics. No need to turn the house into a sauna to coerce baby into a deep sleep. No baskets in which to shove the little one. Just mom. Just baby. Together.
